Hi! I’m Felicia! I am originally from Springfield, Illinois. It is an honor to have you here. Your story matters to me, and I would be honored to be a part of your healing journey.
My desire is to help support you in growing from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. I believe each person's story is unique and contains remarkable beauty within it. I also believe that each person's way of processing and achieving is tailored to the individuals experiences.
My primary focus is personal empowerment, Childhood & inter-generational trauma, grief, anxiety, & depression. I have made a specific investment around Racial issues, identity development, and trauma. My experience also includes working with Veterans Families, Young Adults, Women, and Children.
I enjoy working with people who recognize that they are struggling and are committed to making a shift in their lives. I am here to support, empower, uplift and be your designated “Hype Girl”. I will provide a safe and diverse space for women in the Central Illinois community to reach their Mental health goals.
